A10 considers partner engagement on a discretionary basis. The Group typically looks for:

A10 does not operate a fund structure, accept unsolicited capital commitments, or engage in public fundraising. All partner participation is structured directly by A10 on a case-by-case basis, subject to internal approval and alignment with the Group's investment mandate.
